These terms cover your use of BUMPN. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

What BUMPN is

BUMPN is a music player app that connects to your Apple Music account to let you browse and play music through a nostalgic car-stereo-style interface. It requires an active Apple Music subscription for full functionality.

Apple's standard terms also apply

Your use of BUMPN is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to all apps distributed through the App Store unless a developer provides their own EULA. Where these terms don't cover something, Apple's standard EULA governs.

In-app purchase

BUMPN PRO is a one-time, non-consumable purchase ($12.99 at time of writing, subject to change) that unlocks unlimited CD wallet pages, full Apple Music catalog search, all presets, all LCD themes, and the ability to burn custom mixes and draw on discs. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. All purchases are processed by Apple; refund requests go through Apple, not BUMPN directly.

Content you create

BUMPN lets you name custom mixes and draw images on virtual discs. This content is stored locally on your device only and is not visible to other users or to us. You're responsible for what you create — don't create anything illegal, infringing, or intended to harass. Since drawings and mix names never leave your device, there's no mechanism for BUMPN to review or moderate this content, but standard App Store content rules still apply to what you use the app to create.

No warranty

BUMPN is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it functional and bug-free but can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, especially since core functionality depends on Apple's MusicKit and Apple Music services being available.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
