BUMPN ("the App") is built to work entirely on your device. This policy explains what that means in plain language.

The short version

BUMPN does not have user accounts, logins, or a server. There's nothing to sign up for.
BUMPN does not collect, sell, or share your personal data.
BUMPN does not show ads and does not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
Everything you create in the app — your CD wallet, saved presets, burned mixes, and disc drawings — is stored locally on your device only.

Apple Music access

BUMPN uses Apple's MusicKit framework to let you search and play music from your Apple Music library and the Apple Music catalog. This requires your permission (you'll see Apple's own permission prompt) and requires an active Apple Music subscription for full functionality.

Your Apple Music activity within BUMPN is handled directly between your device and Apple's MusicKit services. BUMPN does not receive, store, or have access to your Apple Music listening history, library contents, or Apple ID.

In-app purchases

BUMPN offers a one-time in-app purchase ("BUMPN PRO") processed entirely through Apple's App Store / StoreKit. BUMPN does not collect or have access to your payment information, billing address, or card details — that's handled entirely by Apple.

Data stored on your device

The following stays on your device only, is never transmitted anywhere, and is deleted automatically if you delete the app:

Your CD wallet (which albums/mixes you've added)
Your 6 saved presets
Custom burned mixes and their tracklists
Disc drawings you create (saved as image files locally)
App preferences (haptics on/off, LCD theme, PRO unlock status)

Children's privacy

BUMPN does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Since the app has no accounts and no data collection, there is nothing to collect regardless of age.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the update will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
